Maria Phillips, 1931-2023

Widow of Canon John Phillips, rector of Geldeston, Stockton and Gillingham (1965-1970). Funeral at Bergh Apton church, 2 pm, Wednesday 14 June 2023.

Maria was awarded an OBE for helping to create a network of Citizens’ Advice Bureaux in the 1990s in her native Czech Republic.
