This website grew out of the Tidings magazine website, created early in 2019. That site never attracted quite enough visitors to make its continuation worthwhile. At least, numbers were rising but then Covid struck.
For a while I continued to post a pdf version of Tidings ten times a year . There is also a complete archive of the magazine’s back issues (foot of this page), from June 2018 when I took over as editor from Peter Bates (and Vickie White) until August 2021.
Disrupted for a while by the Covid-19 epidemic, the print version of Tidings resumed regular publication in September 2021 with Catherine Bickmore as its editor.
